This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which we may provide a refund (“Refund Policy”) and is applicable exclusively to the Career Ascendancy Suite purchased on our website.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for the Career Ascendancy Suite. If you are not satisfied with the product after using each of the tools up to a maximum of two times, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. No questions will be asked.

Conditions for 7-Day Refund:

  • You must request the refund within 7 days of the date of purchase.

3. 60-Day Interview Guarantee

We are confident in our Career Ascendancy Suite’s ability to help you secure an interview. However, if you do not receive an interview offer within 60 days of utilizing all usage limits of the suite, you are eligible for a full refund.

Conditions for 60-Day Refund:

  • You must have fully utilized all the usage limits of the Career Ascendancy Suite.
  • You must request the refund within 60 days from the date of purchase.

In addition to a full refund, we will also provide a one-day unlimited usage of the Career Ascendancy Suite for free.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under either guarantee, please send a detailed refund request to brilliantpresence@gmail.com. In your refund request, please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear statement of your desire to receive a refund.

Upon receipt of your refund request, we will email you a confirmation that we have received it and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, typically within 7 to 10 business days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
